Good evening, everyone.

In today's Lore Journal, we discuss the Ōmura Clan, important side characters in Jūkenshi's Final Arc, the Geddon Revival Arc. We also learn a little about the Wives of Geddon antagonist faction.

Let's begin!

The Ōmura Clan are a family of clerics tasked with sealing away the Geddon Beasts should they ever revive in the present time.

This duty has been theirs since the end of the Great Chaos War in ancient times. Back then, it was the Ōmura Clan who, thanks to their prodigious Sorcery, separated the spirits from the bodies of the weakened Geddon and sealed them away in three different locations in ancient Earth.

The Ōmura Clan haven't always held the surname Ōmura. In fact, they started out as members of the Side Branch of the Kagami Clan. Unlike their close cousins in the Main Branch, the people that would come to form the Ōmura Clan found no favor with the Shinto Gods despite both Branches being descended from Izanami and Izanagi. But the pre-Ōmura were exemplary Sorcerors and found favor with the various wildlife of Ancient Japan. These animals would become thier Familiars. Eventually, the Pre-Ōmura found thier niche as Beast Tamers and Clerics and broke off from the Main Branch.

They moved south to what is today Nagasaki on the island of Kyushu. Kyushu at the time had plenty of warriors but no one to protect them from powerful Yōkai and other supernatural threats. The clan stepped up to this role and became heroes on Kyushu, growing into a force all its own. Naturally, living in a port city like Nagasaki exposed the clan to the wider world. They were influenced by many cultures and traditions from visiting peoples and adopted what they liked into thier clan structure. The ones who had the biggest influence on them were the Jesuits. From the Jesuits the clan learned about Christianity and thier style of Exorcism. The clan combined thier native Harae with techniques from Christian-style Exorcism into the unique style that the Ōmura Clan are known for today.

During the Sengoku Jidai a woman from this clan married Ōmura Sumitada, the first Christian Daimyo. She converted to Christianity as well and thier children would be the first generation of today's Ōmura Clan. The conversion to Christianity signaled the Ōmura Clan's metaphorical break with their Shinto cousins in the Kagami Clan, as worship of other Deities is forbidden in Christian tradition. However, the break was peaceful and the two families have had good relations with one another up to this very day. The current generations of both Kagami and Ōmura are still blood-related, albeit distantly so.

From the 16th Century onwards, the Ōmura Clan were always mindful of thier ancient obligations. They lived thier lives, of course, and extended thier family but they always made sure to train, hone and pass on thier techniques for the day the Geddon Beasts revived. They remained vigilant as best they could through the roller coasters of the Meiji Restoration and WWII.

But even they didn't see the Wives of Geddon coming...

The Wives of Geddon started in the 17th Century by a small cult of exiled Witches outside Salem in the country that would become the United States of America. The Witches worshipped the Geddon Beasts as Forces of Nature rather than the destructive entities they were literally created to be. As such, the Witches hoped to revive them in any way they could, partially in retaliation for the harsh treatment the Witches recieved from thier fellow settlers. The Wives of Geddon cult kept under the radar by staying quiet, hiding and growing over the centuries.

By the time the Ōmura Clan learned of the Wives of Geddon's existence in the 19th Century, it was too late. The cult had grown to include women from around the World hoping to give birth to new host bodies for the Geddon Beasts. Despite the daunting task ahead of them, the Ōmura Clan would not--and could not--give in and were determined to stop the Revival of the Geddon Beasts.

The war between the Ōmura Clan and the Wives of Geddon continues to this day. As in any war, there are casualties on both sides. But a recent loss in the current Ōmura Clan by an ex-Wives of Geddon member, Heather Fujiwara, has ignited a fire of determination and fury within the Ōmura Clan.

The Ōmura Clan are more determined than ever to accomplish thier mission!

Current Active Members (pertaining to the story)

Setsuka "Katherine" Ōmura: Eldest child of the current generation of the Ōmura Clan, born October 29th, 1980. She's a Big Sister in every sense of the word: somewhat strict, bossy, a little overbearing and always in her sisters' business. But she cares deeply for them and her family and is very responsible, logical, clear-headed, and dutiful. She has a personal, longstanding grudge against Heather and Heather's callous murder of her beloved younger sister Alice has only exacerbated the women's feud. She is the most traditional when it comes to the family's Japanese heritage.

Her weapon is Tsubasamaru, a Yumi Bow, and Ōfuda Cards. Her Familiar is the Crane, a sacred animal in Japanese culture.

Tabitha Ōmura: Youngest child of the current generation of the Ōmura Clan, born December 15th, 1994. As the baby, she was spoiled by her family, as most youngest children commonly are. As such, she's a little lazy, content to let others do instead, sarcastic, and is very introverted, preferring to stay at home. But she's also sensitive and perceptive to others' feelings, intelligent, insightful, and cunning. She's always looking for the most efficient--i.e. quickest and easiest--route out of a jam. Setsuka-Oneesan gets on her nerves, but, of course, she loves her and, indeed, all her family. She went to college and lived in the U.S. and, as such, is the most Westernized of her sisters.

Her weapon is the legendary sword Durendal and Rosary Beads. Her Familiar is the Fox, a famous beast in Japanese culture.

Deceased

Alice Ōmura: Middle child of the current generation of the Ōmura Clan, born September 20th, 1987. In life, she was kind, empathetic, energetic, and pious, having a deep belief in God. Alice was the mediator when Setsuka and Tabitha started fighting. She is the former Grandmaster of the Rabbit Fist of the Zodiac Academy and a practitioner of the Floral (Wood) Rabbit Fist. She was attacked and killed by Heather Fujiwara. But not on orders from the Wives of Geddon--which she had since abandoned--but because Heather knew the Ōmura Clan were a threat to her personal ambitions, and she viewed Alice as the weakest. She attended college in the U.S. where she met and befriended Antonio. Alice's murder is the reason Antonio seeks revenge against Heather.

Alice was the only member of the Ōmura Clan who specialized in Close Quarter Combat over Sorcery. Her Familiar was the Rabbit, another famous animal in Japanese culture, most famously revolving around the Moon and Mochi.

Got another New Character sneak preview for you. This one I'm sure you've been wanting to meet:

Sousuke Kusanagi

Sousuke Kusanagi

Nationality: Japan 🇯🇵 (born), U.S.A. 🇺🇸 (Got Citizenship upon moving in with his father)

Origin: Jyukenshi (Debut) Jyukenshi II (Main Character)

Sousuke is among the new generation of the Kagami Family. He is Moriya's son from an affair back in his hometown of Osaka in the early 2000's, making him Mizuki's nephew and the first of Jushiro's two grandsons, followed by Mizuki's three-year-old son Koichi. At the end of Megami, his mother passed away and he traveled back to the U.S. with his father. Despite thier opposing personalities father and son got along fairly well for the first three years.

All that changed the night Sousuke gained the courage to come out as gay to his father. In pure shock and disappointment, Moriya declared "Not in my damned house you won't be, boy!". In tears, Sousuke pleaded with his father but Moriya wanted him out and called Mizuki, demanding that she "Come get your gay nephew before I throw him out." Flabbergasted but determined, Aunt Mizuki rushed over to pick up Sousuke. That was the last time Sousuke and Moriya saw each other.

Aunt Mizuki was more than happy to take her beloved nephew in and was/is fully supportive of his life choice. To this day, Sousuke and Aunt Mizuki have a great relationship similar to Zuko and Uncle Iroh, in that Mizuki has become more of a parent to him than Moriya. In Jyukenshi II, Sousuke is a friend of Nikki and a member of the New Generation Main Cast. Sousuke and Nikki are close friends like Aunt Mizuki and Big Brother Antonio before them. Like his Aunt, he is kind, empathetic and shows remarkable patience with people. In fact, he still loves his father and is willing to forgive him. He is also vibrant, talkative and fun-loving.

He is Diviner to the Shinto God Takemikazuchi.

He practices Karate and uses special Electric Tonfa. No, they're NOT tech. They were blessed by Takemikazuchi. Note the Plus and Minus on the Tonfa.

Good evening everyone.

Today's G+ Uni Lore Journal covers the Virtual Fighters, one of the antagonist mini-factions of Jūkenshi: Tales of the Beast Swordsmen.

Without further ado let's begin!

The Virtual Fighters are Advanced Cyborgs. They are Normal Humans (sort of) with exceptional martial arts expertise that were given cybernetic augmentation by Pax Scientia. However, the Virtual Fighters are more like Ghost in the Shell's Major Motoko Kusanagi than DC's Cyborg. That is to say, the Virtual Fighters appear to be normal Humans on the outside but with advanced Cybernetics inside like the Major.

The Virtual Fighters were created as part of Pax Scientia's Combot Initiative. The Combot Initiative's aim was to capture the world's finest martial artists and turn them into an army of identical Androids called Combots. Dōjūkenshi Naoko Mōri's adoptive father, Toshiro, a Judo Champion, was abducted for the purpose of turning him into a Combot. Thankfully, Naoko was able to save Toshiro from such a fate. The Combots were to be used exclusively against the Jūkenshi, who, at that time, were the best hope of bringing down Pax Scientia.

But Heather Fujiwara, who temporarily led Pax Scientia as her alter-ego The Mikado, hated the Combot Initiative. Though she was raised around technology and believed in its potential for Humanity, she was also a martial artist herself and found the Combot Initiative an affront to true martial artists. The Mikado shut down the program and the Virtual Fighters--who were to lead the potential Combots--were all that was left...and she didn't really want them, either.

It wouldn't be long before the VF Crew would find a new master with crime lord DeVon "Gold Stallion" Johnson. DeVon was an old acquaintence of Heather's father Kenji "Oyaboom" Takahara. Knowing the Jiangshi alone wouldn't be enough to handle the likes of the Celestia Foundation and Toku Sentai, especially after Marina Reyes' desertion, DeVon purchased the Virtual Fighters from Heather as a Plan B. Under his command, DeVon wanted to test the Virtual Fighters against the Seijūkenshi first. He allowed the Virtual Fighters some semblance of freedom when he dispatched them to battle the Seijūkenshi but made it clear that he had the final say in anything.

The Virtual Fighters posess secret techniques--dubbed Virtual Skills--granted by thier augmentation. However, even this wasn't enough to save the Virtual Fighters from going the way of thier creators at Pax Scientia.

Currently, they are only three surviving Virtual Fighters:

Ak1ra: Pronounced "Akira". A hot-blooded but fair Japanese Hakkyoku Ken/Bajiquan specialist and the Leader of the Virtual Fighters.

It was Ak1ra who created the V-Tournament, a mini tournament set in Greensboro, North Carolina's Greensboro Coliseum, that pitted the Seijūkenshi against him and his Virtual Fighters. Though weapons were forbidden, Ak1ra was fair to the Seijūkenshi and allowed them to use thier powers to compensate for the Virtual Fighters' cybernetic augmentation.

His V-Skill is Autonomous Virtua Instinct. Autonomous Virtua Instinct allows Ak1ra to predict and dodge any attack thrown his way. This skill lasts only two minutes but Ak1ra's Hakkyoku Ken is all about short, quick bursts of power. In fact, it took Antonio Holman and rival Naoko teaming up to overcome Ak1ra's Autonomous Virtua Instinct.

Pretty Pai-Pai: A peppy, confident female Mizongyi specialist from Hong Kong.

Her V-Skill is Qi Gong, or "Chi Power". With it, she can manipulate her Qi and the Qi of others. Pai-Pai gave Delia Chen a run for her money with this technique at first but Delia quickly proved why her family are masters of Qi and soundly defeated her.

"Fast" Jackson Bryant: A cocky Caucasian Jeet Kune Do specialist from the U.S.

His V-Skill is Out-Run. True to its name, this ability allows Jackson to manipulate his movement speed. This skill annoyed Gale Dragonheart but he used his inventive mind to overcome Jackson's raw speed.

But, Ak1ra, Pai-Pai and Jackson never forgot thier comrades who didn't survive the Tournament:

Glamorous Sarah B.: Jackson's Femme Fatale sister and fellow JKD specialist. Killed by Gale's Omni Kick technique. Jackson swore revenge against Gale for killing Sarah.

Great Lau: A ruthless elderly Chinese Ko-En Ken specialist and father of Pai-Pai. He fought Jin-Rei Chen to a draw but died of a long-standing illness before he could continue the battle.

Kage the Ninjaman: A stereotypical serious Ninja and Ninjutsu specialist. Killed by Marina Reyes' Five Fists of Venom technique.

Big (Dumb) Jeff: A hulking Aboriginal Australian Pankration specialist who bellowed and yelled "I WIN!" when he scored a hit. Killed by Victoria Roberts' Raiko Ho (Thunder Cannon) technique.

Wild Wolf: A stoic Canadian First Nations Wrestling specialist. Killed by Antonio' Megaton Punch technique.

Shun the Seed: A very old Chinese Drunken Fist specialist. He backed Delia into a corner, forcing her to adapt to his unpredictable fighting style. In a bold move, Delia stole a few swallows of Shun's wine, getting herself drunk and using her own brand of Drunken Fist to beat him. Unfortunately for Shun, he met his end when he--drunk himself--stumbled off the platform he and Delia were fighting on and fell to his death.

Lyon: An arrogant, wealthy French Mantis Fist specialist. Killed by Gale's Meteor Shower Kick technique.

Storm Hawk: A Japanese-American Sumo specialist. He fought Mizuki Kusanagi to a draw but had a Heart Attack from eating two buckets of fried chicken right before the match. No, really, that's what happened in the story. Ak1ra AND Mizuki gently warned him repeatedly not to eat so heavily before the match. To be fair to Storm Hawk, he DID offer Mizuki some chicken.

Nasty Nessa: A mysterious white-haired Afro-descended woman from Parts Unknown with an attitude problem. She was a Vale Tudo specialist. Killed by Victoria's Tiger Fury Kick technique after a hard battle.

Shaolin Lei: A calm but deadly Shaolin from China and Shaolin specialist. Killed by Delia's Senshippo technique. Ak1ra was saddened that Lei died but praised Delia's Senshippo, as a Bajiquan specialist himself.

Demon Goh: A freakish, creepy Japanese Judo specialist. Killed by a fatal punch to his chest from Antonio during an incident outside the V-Tournament.

In this incident, Goh and fellow Virtual Fighter "Bodacious" Brad approached Antonio and Marina while the latter duo were looking for a bite to eat in downtown Greensboro after the day's matches were done. Goh and Brad were talking spicy and ended up paying for it.

"Bodacious" Brad: A wealthy Italian Kickboxing specialist who was as annoying as he was conceited--which was very much so. Killed by Marina slitting his throat with her Sai after he tried to flirt with her during the incident above.

Goh and Brad were the only two Virtual Fighters killed outside the V-Tournament and the only two to die within seconds of one another.

El Fuego: A Mexican Lucha Libre specialist. Crushed to death by Dōjūkenshi Oscar "Huitzil" Nuñez's Tombsone Piledriver.

Oscar and the other Dōjūkenshi weren't invited but decided to crash the V-Tournament. Ak1ra happily allowed them to compete nonetheless.

Jean K.: A nihilistic French Karate specialist wearing Gothic fashion. He was defeated in the V-Tournament by Gale. But Gale was turned off by Jean's nihilism and forfeited the match. Ak1ra was disappointed but Gold Stallion was livid and demanded that Jean challenge and defeat Gale. Jean saw no point and refused. Gold Stallion killed Jean with his Golden Kick as punishment for his disobedience, making an example of him.

One special incident involved Beauty Aoi, a Japanese Aiki-Jiujutsu specialist and childhood friend of Ak1ra.

After Kage reported Goh and Brad's deaths to Ak1ra, Aoi vowed to avenge Brad. Ak1ra warned against it but Aoi was too in her feelings to listen to reason. Aoi attacked Marina while she was alone downtown and managed to injure the Kunoichi. When Antonio found out he was enraged but Mizuki calmed him down and went with him to protest to Ak1ra. But Ak1ra could only offer an apology. This wasn't good enough for Antonio, who hunted down Aoi and challenged her to a match in the suburbs of Greensboro.

At first, Aoi's superior technique and arsenal of Holds and Reversals had Antonio going until he adapted and used Aoi's own technique against her. As punishment for injuring his beloved Marina, Antonio broke both Aoi's arms and left her in the woods.

Aoi's ultimate fate is unknown as Ak1ra and the others couldn't find her remains but her injuries were serious.

Since the V-Tournament, Ak1ra, Pai-Pai and "Fast" Jackson remain in Greensboro under assumed names. They fear Gold Stallion's reprisal due to thier failure to defeat the Seijūkenshi. Little do they know that Gold Stallion has given up on the Virtual Fighters and doesn't view them worth killing. For now at least, the surviving Virtual Fighters are safe from Gold Stallion's reprisal. But he's not thier only concern. The Virtual Fighters know that they are right under the nose of Toku Sentai. Reginald IS aware of them but is taking a Wait-and-See attitude since the Virtual Fighters haven't threatened the public.

Ak1ra himself recognizes and accepts his and the Virtual Fighters' defeat by the Jūkenshi, which was brutal but fair and square nonetheless. However, Ak1ra intends to try again and, hopefully, defeat the Jūkenshi. This is not out of spite, but from the heart of a true martial artist. To help even up the score, Ak1ra called on his cousin, Ryoko Hazuki, who honed her fighting skills in Japan and on the mean streets of Hong Kong.

Notes

As you probably surmised by now, the Virtual Fighters are expys of the Virtua Fighters. I normally don't do expys unless it's for an antagonist/villain. You probably can also deduce by the silly names and brutal deaths of some of the Virtual Fighters that I'm not the biggest Virtua Fighter fan, lol. Truthfully, I'm not a fan at all save for VF2, which I have good memories with. For me, Tekken and Soul Calibur will always be where it's it for 3D: better characters, story and music. But that's just me, I'm not trying to start anything. You do you. We don't have to like every Fighting Game, we're allowed to dislike some titles.

Actually, I had been meaning to use the Virtual Fighters in the Pax Scientia War Arc since the Combots are a combination of Dural and Tekken's Combot. But I bought them back for the Jūkenshi: Tales of the Beast Swordsmen miniseries (Journal coming this year). Tales of the Beast Swordsmen takes place just after the Pax Scientia War Arc and focuses on characters that didn't get much time to shine.

As for why Virtua Fighter for villains? It's in the name. "Virtua Fighter" sounds like some kind of 90’s Futuristic and/or Cyberpunk title doesn't it? I added the "l" to "Virtua" to avoid obvious copyright infringement and to drive home the "Cyborg" theme of the Virtual Fighters.

Oh, if you've been confused as to where Gold Stallion fits in to Jūkenshi, he stars in the Tales of the Beast Swordsmen with the Virtual Fighters, just before we meet the Terror Kings. Gold Stallion is mentioned in flashbacks by Marina but doesn't make his debut until Tales of the Beast Swordsmen.

That's about it! Hope you enjoyed!

This isn't a G+ Uni Lore Journal, just something I've been kicking around that I thought you all would like.

Most everybody I know loves Power Rangers (me included) and most who love PR also love the source material Super Sentai. So, I thought why not try my own Ranger team with the cast of Jyūkenshi? After all, Jyūkenshi takes a lot of inspiration from Sentai and PR.

But don't get excited, this is just an idea for now. If I were to do it, would take place in a separate Timeline than the G+ Uni.

That said, let's dive into what I have so far!

The team name would be Tenki Sentai Guardiaman--that is, "Weather Task Force Guardsmen"--Japanese and Power Rangers Tempest Blade in English. "Tempest" is a nod to "Tempestas", Latin for "Weather".

The themes would be Weather and Natural Phenomena such as Earthquakes, Lightning, Dust Storms, Swordsmen and Mythical Beasts.

The Guardiamen/Tempest Rangers are the latest in an ancient order of Swordsmen who harness the power of Earth's most powerful force--the Weather--to protect the Earth from various threats. But the Rangers must use thier powers wisely. Just as the Weather is indiscriminately dangerous to all living things, so are the Rangers themselves. If they overuse thier powers or use them in carelessness and/or anger, they can cause havoc.

The Rangers will be made up of Jyūkenshi All Stars plus two new faces:

Main

Red Sun: Guardia Red/Tempest Red Ranger

Antonio Holman

Leader. Calm, cool-headed and laid-back African-American also quick-tempered. Harnesses the power of the Sun to control Heat and Fire. Can raise the temperature of the area to scorching levels, especially if the Sun is out.

Weapon: Sun Blade (Katana-type sword)

Guardia Beast: Sun Dragon (an amalgamation of various Dragons across cultures. Dragons are associated with the weather and, of course, fire)

Blue Shower: Guardia Blue/Tempest Blue Ranger

Marina Reyes

Second-in-command. Erudite, quiet, classy and polite, as a proper lady should be. She is an American of Mexican and Japanese ancestry. Controls the Rain and can create a refreshing drizzle or unleash a flood-causing Deluge. Loves Red/Antonio.

Weapon: Rain Daggers

Guardia Beast: Quetzalcoatl (In Aztec Mythology, Quetzalcoatl brings Rain)

Green Quake: Guardia Green/Tempest Green Ranger

Gale Dragonheart

The Jokester/funny guy. An Italian-American who loves Video Games. Controls the Terrestrial Earth and can adjust the level of his powers from simple tremors to Magnitude-level Earthquakes

Weapon: QuakeHänder (A Zweihänder-type sword)

Guardia Beast: Simurgh (Persian Avian Creature)

Yellow Gust: Guardia Yellow/Tempest Yellow Ranger

Delia Chen

Spunky, outgoing and (brutally) honest Chinese woman. She speaks her mind easily and, like Antonio/Red is quick-tempered. She and Marina/Blue are often at odds due to thier clashing personalities. Controls the Wind and can create a Summer Breeze or a Tornado.

Weapon: Gust Dao

Guardia Beast: Guardian Lion/Shíshī/"Fu Dog"

Gray Mist: Guardia Gray/Tempest Gray Ranger

Theo the Cú Sidhe Warrior

An Irish Dog Spirit who can assume a Dog Form and a Beastman Form that he uses to Morph. He is wild but playful and is Gale's right-hand man. He controls Fog and Mist and can create a Misty Morn or a deadly Blinding Fog. He hates cats.

Weapon: Fog Arm (Arming Sword)

Guardia Beast: Himself (Cú Sidhes are associated with ghostly phenomenon and Mist/Fog fit well with spooky stuff)

Team Finisher:

Issen/Flash Slash

Each Ranger channels thier respective Energy and runs through the Monster one at a time. Red/Antonio usually delivers the final slash but in the case of a Character Episode, that character finishes instead.

Sixth Ranger

White Snow: Guardia White/Tempest White Ranger

Mizuki Kusanagi

The most mature of all the Rangers with a gentle, forgiving heart and empathy for most. She is Japanese and childhood friends with Antonio/Red and acts as a counterpoint to him. Controls Cold, Ice, Snow and Hail. She can lower the temperature of her area to freezing--providing the cooperation of the Sun.

Weapon: Sasameyuki "Falling Snow" (Katana and Wakizashi)

Guardia Beast: Minogame (an ancient turtle from Japanese Folklore with a furry tail. Think Wartortle)

Rival Ranger

Golden Thunder: Guardia Gold/Tempest Gold Ranger

Victoria Roberts

A South African heiress and businesswoman. She is proud, confident and ruthlessly driven. She and Antonio/Red are second cousins. She Controls Lightning and can manipulate regular Electricity.

Weapon: Thunderbolt (a lightningbolt-shaped sword)

Guardia Beast: Impundulu (a vampiric Avian from South African Lore associated with Thunder and Lightning)

Mentor

Devil of the Dust (reference to a Dust Devil): Guardia Master/Silver Master

Jamal al-Rashid

A retired Saudi Guardiaman/Ranger who now acts as Mentor to the new generation. He is calm, patient, wise and pious. He truly cares for the Rangers and often shares wisdom with them.

Weapon: Dust Storm (Scimitar-type sword)

Guardia Beast: Roc

"Zords"

Guardia Dragon/Red Dragonzord

Guardia Coatl/Quetzalzord

Guardia Simurgh/Aviazord

Guardia Shíshī/Lionzord

Guardia Sidhe/Houndzord

GuardiaGod/Tempest Megazord

Guardia Dragon forms the head and body, Guardia Coatl separates into two parts to form the arms, Guardia Shíshī and Guardia Sidhe form the legs and feet, and Guardia Simurgh's head forms the helmet while the rest of the body attaches to the back to form the wings.

Weapon:

GuardiaKen/Tempest Sword: A straight-bladed sword with a circular hilt.

Guardia Bow/Tempest Bow: created from the wings of Simurgh + tail segment of Quetzal as the connector.

Finisher(s):

Guardia Judgment/Tempest Strike: Channels Sun, Rain, Wind, Earthquake and Mist into the Sword and unleashes a blast of weather with a single Strike.

Guardia Arrow: Channels Sun, Rain, Wind, Earthquake and Mist into an energy arrow for the Bow and unleashes a blast of weather with a single shot.

Standalone "Zords"

Guardia Game/Blizzard Tortoise

Guardia White/White Tempest's turtle "Zord" similar to Daimugen/Tor with a Beast and Warrior Mode but with a Samurai motif. The furry tail detaches to become a Samurai-like helmet.

Weapon: Game Gunbai/Blizzard Fan (A War Fan. Think Shingen Takeda)

Finisher:

Fu Rin Ka Zan/Blizzard Strike: Whips up a cyclone of snow and ice and flings it at the monster, spinning them and cutting them to bits.

Guardia Dulu/Thunder Bird

Guardia Gold/Gold Tempest Ranger's avian "Zord" similar to the "Evil" version of Pteragoldon with a Beast and Warrior Mode but with a vampire motif. Comes with a black cape.

Weapons: Wing Blades (Arm-Mounted Blades)

Finisher:

Elexecution (Electrocute + Execution)/Thunder Blast: Whips Wing Blades forward like Guile and unleashes a blast of lightning to destroy the monster.

Guardia Ryūjin/Mega Dragonzord

Guardia Red/Red Tempest Ranger's own standalone "Zord" similar to Ryūseioh/Red Dragon Thunderzord with a Beast and Warrior Mode. Recieves it mid-series--about Ep. 35 or so--and uses it often from then on. Second-in-command Guardia Blue/Blue Tempest Ranger takes his place in GuardiaGod.

Weapon: None. Pure hand-to-hand brawler.

Finisher: Hyaku Ryū Ken "Hundred Dragons Fist"/Mega Dragon Punch: Unleashes a flurry of jabs ala Kenshiro ending with a Burning Uppercut that smashes the monster to bits.

Villains

Eps. 1-29

Kagaku Teikoku Zutem "Science Empire Ztem (as in S.T.E.M.)"/M.A.D.D Science

Basically this series' version of Pax Scientia but toned down for Kids (so no Human Trafficking or genocide here). They seek to turn the world into a cold, overly-logical, sterile environment suitable for thier scientific goals.

Leader

Monster Maker

Darwinius Maximus/Dr. Steampunk

Prospect

Mikado/Lady Masquerade

Mooks/Grunts

B.E.A.G.L.E.S/M.A.D.DBots

Monster Types:

Machines (Robots and Cyborgs) and Animal Mutants

Eps.30-39

Osoredan "Horror Gang"/HorriBeasts

This series' version of the Terror Kings but, again, toned down for Kids. They seek revenge for Humanity's harsh treatment of Monsters throughout the centuries. They consider Theo a traitor for siding with the Humans.

Leader

Dracul XIV/Nosferator

Second-in-command

Rugaru/Low-Bo (a pun on "Lobo", Spanish for "Wolf" and a nod to Rugaru's wild, unscrupulous nature)

Monster Maker

Steinborg/FrankenBot

Mooks/Grunts

Shadowgeists/Shadow Knights

Monster Types
